gluten free pancakes

While you may not have celiac you may have a gluten related sensitivity, or avoid it because you’re on a healing protocol/ diet, or are just curious about making food with “other” ingredients. Either way, these are delicious, and offer more protein and depth than your standard pancake.
INGREDIENTS:
——-dry——-
3/4cup Buckwheat flour
1/4cup Oat flour
1/4cup Almond flour
1/4cup Coconut flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
——-wet——
1 egg
2ish cups whole milk (or buttermilk) more or less to desired thickness
2tbs maple syrup
1tbs vanilla extract
3 tbs melted ghee or butter
Butter or avocado oil for pan
Choice toppings
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine dry ingredients
2. Combine wet ingredients
3. Combine all
4. Ladle to desired size
5. You wont get the fierce bubbles that standard pancakes produce, so watch your cakes! Edges should start to take shape before flipping.
